What is the key to taking keto to the next level for ultimate fat burning?

Keeping carbs low,

You have to keep carbs between 20 and 50 carbs today. More around 20 for fast weight loss, especially if you have a broken metabolism.

Total carbs should be 5%. If you go up to 30 you’d be eating 7% of your diet from carbs. This will throw you out of ketosis.

How keep under 20 carbs?

Don’t count your vegetable carbs. Only carbs from non-starchy vegegtable carbohydrate

You need 7 -10 cups of salad to get nutrients.

The goal is to get super healthy not weight loss + damaged metabolism.

The goal is getting the body  healthy so you can lose weight fast.

So no beets, carrots, beans, squash, grains, onions, potatoes, tomatoes peas, sugar, breads alcohol, and no peas.

Now look at these two columns above.

So you can do avocados, Brazil nuts, macadamias, flax seeds, blackberries and raspberries

What you want to avoid is garlic, chia seeds, blueberries, strawberries, cashews, almonds, pistachios and peanuts.

Avocados—have only 2 grams of carbohydrate

Brazil nuts a whole cup only gas 6 net carbs

Cashews have over 36--not good

Macadamia nuts = 7

Almonds= 14 carbs

Pecans only have 4 grams per cup—they’re your number one nut in fact .

Pistachios 21 grams—so avoid these like crazy

Walnuts = 7 grams per cup

Peanuts = 12.. too high

Flax seed = 3 grams pretty good

Chia= 16 not so good

Raspberries = 7 grams

Strawberries = 10 not so great

 

Stick on the left side and you’ll lose weight ---this is the most important things to focus on

 

Now regarding the kale shakes—along time ago, I suggested banana or berries to sweeten the shake—but really only want to do blackberries or raspberries.

This is for urgent weight loss or a stubborn metabolism,

If your metabolism Is really good, none of this applies

Another thing kale shake –put in electrolyte powder—get benefits of minerals without sugar and consume or put in raw wheat grass lemon – or both—don’t need berries – but get all this nutrition—which helps you lose weight

In other videos – 3-6 ounces per meal –that’s if doing three
meals

 

But if you’re trying rapid weight loss only 5 ounces per
meal period

But also add intermittent fasting – start out 3 meals no
snacks first step intermittent fasting

One you can do this then start push breakfast forward

It’s false that need breakfast

Eventually drop out the breakfast

You could do a breakfast but work toward two meals a day and
shrink the window when you’re eating – once drop meals get it to 14 grams a day
between two meals

Then try to get to one meal a day and stay in fat burning
all those other hours of the day you can spike GH by 1300 if. Guy 2000
percent—exercise only 14%

When you’re at one meal a day your protein is only 9 ounces
for that meal

That’s only9 ounces for the whole day

When you lower your daily protein intake, your body goes
into conservation

Your body recycle s 1-3 gams protein on its own~

You won’t lost it, just replace it.

Won’t lose hair—in fact, you’ll grow hair

It’s protein sparing

So what kind of food or protein do you eat?

lean proteins spike insulin. The problem with most other
programs is that you’re gong low fat, high protein—in nature protein always
comes with come fat—because on the insulin scale it measures the response of
non carb foods to insulin insulin

If eating something low – not stimulate-lose weight when I
say rapid fat burning. I’m really saying a low insulin diet

 

Good protein choices

 

Pasture raised organic eggs= 5-6 eggs (But break it up over
meals or eat just one)

Hamburger

Pork

Lamb

Seafood

Chicken with skin

Stick these

To digest these proteins batter add acv and a straw

Or powdered ACV with betaine hydrochloride.
